Roger's Race Report

The best thing about this weekend was the fun I had with my teammates and sponsors!!! There are plenty of teams out there, but how many hang out together for the whole weekend, how many spend time working their sponsors booth for fun and for being thankful for support, how many have friends and family stay late to help and cheer every rider on the team? We had teammates from all classes and friends and family in at least 5 spots on the course to watch and help our riders, we are talking expert and semi-pro out cheering sport and beginners for all laps. The best sight I saw was our two JR sport riders under 16 going 1st and second into the first 4 turns, both ear to ear smiles because they were just having fun racing each other like two kids running loose in the neighborhood. I see bright future for this team and i'm glad to be a part of it.

We want to thank Kim and Randy for bringing their extra home on wheels and giving us a great place to re-cap the day and toss back some beverages and eat some great home cookin!!!

We want to thank Nomad for the portable bike washer, fontana can really turn your mountain bike into something that was rolled around and buried in the litter box, one quick plug into the car lighter and some cleaner and Bam out bikes were showroom quality again

We want to thank Jim at KENDA for letting us lounge in the team rest area ,and for all the tire exchanges, so that our riders could have the best tires at the right moment for the course.

We want to thank Ken at XPEDO for building a great super light pedal that stood up to the mad max course of fontana, rocks, cement drains, sandpits and paint ballers.

We want to really think AMINO VITAL for the magic potions that kept are racers on course in grueling conditions that ranged from hot intense sun one moment to cloudy overcast drizzle all in one weekend

Some of us would like to thank TOMAC for the sweet frames that gave us some bling and saved our backs on the really rough course, the others respectfully would like to be on our new TOMACS so that we can get better bling and save our teeth and bodies!!!
