Abel Vaca Out For Four Weeks!

Abel, the first guy on his street NOT to a have a face tattoo from prison!


Abel Vaca-Nava (El Chicharrone) was riding with Shawn and Des last week in Malibu, and Abel had some bad luck. In typical Vaca fashion, he was charging hard on his hardtail after Shawn (on his fully) and blew a stream crossing at about Mach 5. Abel was vaulted over the bars and landed pretty soundly on his left elbow, which he thought he broke. After the doctor visit, he was told he could not even go to work for a month. Thank god it was his LEFT elbow, because he is going to be spending a TON of time at home alone in front of the computer this month and you all know what THAT means. Wish the 2004 Cal State Beginner XC Champ good luck, as he will be watching from the sidelines for a little while.
