Tookie Gets Silver In The Middle

Jeff "Tookie" Williams arrived at the venue with a cold, a speeding ticket ($130 worth) and his family in tow. He was set to do the solo Pro category 12 hrs of Mohican race! Originally slated to the full 24, he was sick for two weeks and decided to just hang in for the 12. Setting the pace for first place by lap 3, his condition began to bog him down until he had to take a two hour nap. Rainy and windy, with clothing changes at every lap, he quit puking long enough to finish in SILVER...easily able to win it had he been of reasonable health. Congrats to Tookie on a hard podium on a rough day in the hills of Ohio. Hey, it coulda' been worse..he COULD have had to play USC!! oooohhh....buuuuurn...
