My ROX 9.0 is the best training tool I have. And it's fun! With it's large display I can quickly read all the info like heart rate and cadence that I need to get my bike workouts done. The easy menu also lets me scroll through everything else I want.
At the end of the ride the memory stores my totals for up to 7 rides. With the Data Center software I save every ride and the Log function gives me graphs so I can review my entire ride or race effort. I can use it to go over the whole ride with my coach to see where I can improve, or just use it to brag about how much climbing I did that day!
