Charleton Heston Dies

Charleton Heston died on April 5th, ending the life and career of one of the most interesting people in Hollywood. Born in Illinois in October of 1924, he has been in more movies and has been involved in more history that many people know.
Taking a stand against racism and against the white majority at the time, he took up the cause with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He took over the front-man position at the ailing National Rifle Association, was a Hersholt Humanitarian Award Winner, aKennedy Lifetime Achievement Award Winner, and had amassed Emmy's, Oscar's, and just about every other award (except an NMBS PODIUM SPOT) you can think of.
He was diagnosed a few years ago with Alzheimer's, and said that he would fight the disease "..to a draw." I will say "Get your dirty hands off me, you damn dirty ape.." all week in respect for Chuck Heston, may he rest in peace.

Does this mean we can finally pry the guns from his "cold dead hands"? Afterall, he said it!
