Loss Of A Team Leader. 4/14 Update..

Randy phoned me today very upset over a freak accident that happened over the weekend. The team manager for the Jose Ole Racing Team Thom Blaine died this weekend as a result of a mishap while working on his car. The vehicle he was under came loose from it's jacks and fell, crushing him. By the time they managed to get him to the hospital, the damage was done. After a day or two in the I.C.U. on life support, his organs began to fail. He was taken off life support this weekend. This man had just spent the Kenda Kup race at Fontana with the Backbone squad in Randy's trailer, (and Joy D. was a Backbone team member for a short while a few years ago). Our hearts go out to his wife and children, and I'll be sure to post any fund raiser news as it comes in.

UPDATE as of 4/14...
Hey Guys
Don't know if you can get off work or be available, but I am probably going to take a sick day, at least from 9:30 on.

Service is Thursday 10am St. Adelaides on Baseline in Highland. There will be a reception to follow in the Club House. Not sure if you guys want to car pool or what not.
